Multi 10:4 Trader EA

My PC clock (Windows), (NOT the broker market watch clock) is 5 hours (Central Time) behind GMT. I took the existing setting and just subtracted 5 hours from each of the entries on moth of those lines. I hope this is correct?

So in the Trading hours line it would look something like this?
+17:00,-1.00,+1.01,-6.30,+6:31,-16.99
which means the ea would trade Asian, Europe & NY sessions closing the trades if they were winning at each session?

no, the envelope is only open for 1 minute, 17:00, -17:01
