Next week, due to time constraints, I will be trading only H4 time frames, using H4 SS_SR INDI.

I will be posting some of the trades I have taken.

Same rules, buy when stochs < 20, and sell when stochs > 80, tp 0.8 ATR, sl upper/lower border of resistance/support zones plus 5 pips. Stacking on daily pivots if momentum is strong.

The strength of the method is the pull back using H4 stochs. The S/R zones just show where price has reverse previously, so a good entry point.

Using 0.8 x ATR for tp is quite logical. How often have you seen price just stalls as it touches 0.8 ATR. Of course, sometimes it can go past 0.8ATR if the momentum is strong, but more often than not, it will reverse after touching 0.8ATR.

Hi fx8000,
i use indextrading too. Today i used frist time SS-SR Indi with indexcharts.it is really a transparent setup.
audchf would be a candidate; but ATR is allready > 100% and the spread costs are very high.
Would you take the Trade ? (no)

I do not trade on NFP day, as very often price moves according to the news and not respecting any indicators.

AUDCHF is a sell acccording to H4 stochs, but see how PA just blow past the R zone and continues up, not sure where it is going to stop rising and then reverse. This is news related.

Today, I am only trading UK EQUITY CFD's after the news release, and most of the shares are rising. Unfortunately, cannot trade stock index today because they spike so quickly after the news, there is no time to enter. Shares normally respond a bit slowly, so time to enter.

I bought barclays at 290p a few miutes just after the news, now it is 297p. So, it is profits all the same.

The yen pairs all spike higher after the news, but unfortunately, cannot trade the news because they could have gone the other way.

Bob is really a genius, and trading suppy/demand plus stochs for pullback just increases the probability of wins. The stacking on pivots also increases the winnings while keeping the loses the same, another ingenious idea.

Many people find sl at 240MA of NB 10.4 too large, using H4 S/R is the next logical choice.

Another difference from 10.4 is that there are many profitable counter trend trades which 10.4 miss.CT trades are more risky, hence half the usual lot size.

Tools for manual trading
1. Tipster Trendlines ea -- coded by Another Brian (see Utilities section)
2. Scripts for Drop pending buy/sell

TPTL is particularly useful because you can set your entry, tp and sl. Also the option of setting two targets, possible taking one tp half way between entry and 0.8 atr.

Barclays shares has gone up 9p so far x 10,000 shares. Profits taken. Don't want to be too greedy. Nice payday !

we got lot of candidates (see pic), Most are xxxjpy pairs (countertrades).
