I think it was Traderdesk who posted some days ago a chart with historical cicles in yen showing 10-11 of every month as the highest peak day. Someone related that to bonds purchases from japanese gov. I remembered today was May 10th before closing my yen positions for the weekend.

+1. Bob, I have **NEVER** traded manually. I've always built my own systems (EAs) and traded those. This system is finally getting me to try to program the computer between my ears. Thank you for that!

Lovely moves this week. My schedule is nuts and I only manage to check my charts 2-3 times a day max, and yet I've got a nice basket going:

First of all I would like to thank Bob for the best trading system on the planet, however, I am still using the old version. It fine, I have no problems with it and I just pulled 23% for the week. It just keeps getting better and better. I use it in a slightly differant way and hang on to trades a bit longer, but it still works fine. But I have one thing that is bugging the hell out of me.


Bob, or anyone that can possibly help. I have tried to load the gray system on my laptop and it loads halfway, The indicator shells are there but the lines are npot. When I try to change the timeframe, Empty4 shuts itself down. I thought it was a ram problem, but it does the same thing on my mean machine. If anyone has the loading procedure I would appreciate it because it may be the way I am loading it. If noone can help, its ok because I am not having any trouble with it the way it is. Its just bugging the hell out of me.

Cannot actually help as such, but have experienced similar problems all week - to such an extent that it has stopped me trading altogether given that I usually have a full inbox of pm's to deal with, then some admin stuff, then some mod stuff...........

Been a bit of a headache whose only temporary solution is shutting down then restarting the plaform - which I have done at least once a day.

What I am going to try is this: when the markets are closed for the weekend. restart my platform, load all the indis etc into my code editor and recompile them. What I hope is that compiling the code under the latest version of Crap4 will allow them to run properly.

A very nice Fibo indi for the shift area, as alternative to midpivots and grids. Just tweak the colors to make it brighter on the grey background (navy, black and firebrick are fine). In 10.5 scalping trades, when you are hunting 20-30 pips, fibo levels can help.
