How are you short these two pairs? that would be against trend line and there's no RSI setup for it to go short?

Was looking at the 1h chart, but I believe the 240 ma should have indicated downtrend? Saw CSS as red also...

Anyway I.m full time trading cj naked trading, just popping back here once in a while.

10.4/5 is good in the sense that pendings get you back on the action when things go your way. With the h1 you get so many safe entries when things go your way that you have little dd.

Both methods are actually valid, with the exception that naked trading catches trend change almost immediately. Danger is that is almost similar to swing trading so you might be sitting at the edge of your seat waiting for pa to move.

With 10.5 since its pending, if pa move against you, you are safe, if pa moves with you, you catch part of that move and bank profits in

One thing I would love to see is a daily thread discussing possible trades?

For example a thread start with today's date indicating that USDCHF is setting up as a buy and CADJPY also as a buy.

Just a thought.

Thanks.

Welcome Mark,

You got my vote, certainly makes sense to me, a focused discussion on the Indicator, templates, system and rules here; analyze individual trades under separate headings.

I thought this was a go ahead forum but no one is interested

You got it, a trades only thread.
I think I've finished reading this thread when things seem to be getting better.
Thanks for the initiative Bob. Thanks also for coming up with such an awesome system (Not forgetting to thank all the other contributors). Trading now seems interesting.

Not easy to deal with that. A strong change of trend seem be happening, and it painfully begun at the end of last week, with no time to take positions. Friday most of us must have closed trades for the weekend, and now we find this continuation in GBPUSD, EURUSD, AUDUSD, etc with no time to enter with strict rules. It will take some time RSI2 give signals and the only wise choice seem to stay out and wait for the retrace. I fear this will not happen until thursday, so it will be difficult to enter and hold positions for more than 24 hours. This could be a boring week: trades only on thursday until friday London close. If you feel risky you always can enter with no RSI2 signals, but price is too far from 240 now and a strong retrace could hurt you at any time.
Boring week??????
It's only thursday and already 850 pips in the bank.... :D

(edit, I mean tuesday....)
Boring???? Already 892 pips in the bank one hour before Tokio open strict by the rules

OK look lively folks I see a bunch of trades setting up. USD and CAD have retraced along with many of the AUD. JPY spiked up yesterday and some came back down. I will post more trades before the euro session but it looks like after a slow start this week things will be heating up for a grand finish of the week.

Some of you guys are getting better at this than me. Only 527 pips so far just grinding out one level trades here and there. USD and CAD mostly with a handlful of GBP however my big winner so far was the gbp/nzd. I picked that one up for over 100 pips when it crossed the WP yesterday. It came back down so probably try it again today. Again my average profit so far this week is 28 pips. So when you recognize a slow day or slow week, I trade line to line like a beginner and pile em up. 22 winners and closed out 3 losers. USD CAD GBP strong AUD JPY and CHF showing weakness. I traded gbp/chf for 44 pips yesterday. So happy I snagged the SNB for a change. The CSS tells you where to go look for trades, then go to those pairs and look for opportunities to enter. Works like a charm.

I want to thank all of you who sent me messages on part 1 of my update. Almost all commented a misunderstanding of one section so I will add a paragraph of extra explanation to try to make it clearer. I will be working more on the CSS section tonight. Hope to have it ready this weekend. Baluda has updated the indies to where I wanted them so it is almost ready to go. Good luck and happy trading.
