I have added a new script for sending trades on the H1 chart.

Even if you have been using the original version of the script, as I have, it is worth replacing it with the updated version. I found a couple of code bloops whilst adapting the H4 version to H1 use, which always caused a pending buy to be sent a pivot too high.

Many thx for your hard work Steve... Do you think it will be possible to add something like this

If you chose TP on 2nd line then script will place only one order on the nearest line
If you chose TP on 3rd line then script will place two orders (one on the nearest line, and one on the next one - 2nd)
and so on....

Not sure if it is possible but would be great helper.

Most things are possible once the code is in place to identify the pivots. Which reminds me of something I meant to add to my previous post. I am not 100% certain the D1 pivot calculation code is correct, so take great care to note where a trade is placed if using the script on a live account. The various levels might need adjusting.

Moving on, what do we need?

Do we need a script that will send pending trades up to x levels in advance? This is uncomplicated, because once run a script is done and will not continue to do its stuff when not required.

Or do we need an ea that does all this when dragged onto a chart, then monitors everything, then closes down unwanted stuff at a certain time etc? This presents the problem that an EA will continue to do its thingy as long as it is loaded.

Both approaches have the problems from the perspective of marrying the demands of the user with the ability of the coder to match said demands.

Further thoughts, guys?

Many thanks for these scripts, it will make trading very easy and now with the additional features of Empty4 release 500 which enables draging entries, SL and TP 's adding multiples levels will be easy peasy

Yes I had trouble with the old one sent pending a pivot higher.

tried out the new script, it still sent the pending 1 levels below/above instead the nearest SR line. Is it because it ignores midline? Same thing with H4 script always skip one nearest level....

I would really like it if it has options to put 2-3 levels pendings and then set the same TP for all of those. As per SL we can still use the ITM function to manage it once the stops hit. But of course only if you don;t find this request annoying. I will just manually set stops until the script is correct.

I am attaching my favorite script. Hope you can use it.
When you drag it on a chart it asks two questions:
average profit/trade
average loss/trade
when either reached, the script closes all trades, including the pendings.

If you have 7 trades open and you are happy to close all trades if a total profit if $210 is reached, so your average profit/trade is $30
Respectively, if you want to close all those 7 trades if you go $105 in red, then your average loss per trade is $15

Whenever I leave my desk, I make sure that it is running.
