I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGISE TO ANYONE TRADING SAM SEIDEN 'S SD METHOD.

The title of this thread is misleading as my intention is not to ask someone to code a Sam Seiden ea but to code one trading SR ZONES arising from Slipsshod's SS_SR INDI. A more appropriate title should have been SUPPORT_RESISTANCE EA.

THIS PROJECT IS INCOMPLETE. UNLESS A QUALIFIED CODER TAKES OVER AND IMPROVES IT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN DEMOING IT.

EDIT : Final posting of CF ea results - profit 18.8%, floating DD 5.3%, max DD 9.5% after 5 days trading.

As I had already added new options for SL and TP before I decided to stop posting, I might as well post them. They are in post 1.

v1.05 uses daily pivots for sl and tp and v1.06 uses 240ma for sl and weekly pivots for tp. The code snippets come from Steve's scripts for NB 10.XXX. Thanks to Steve.

I have also managed to transfer the ea code to Steve's Bare Bones Shell ea which has more functionality and a newer template . Would like to make sure it is trading correctly before I post it next week.

This ea will be renamed SUPPORT_RESISTANCE EA, as the former name is a misleading.

There is more to supply and demand than just trading support/resistance zones , and I do not want to offend the purists by suggesting otherwise.

If anyone knows how to add the test count filter to the SR zones, can you please post it here or point me in the right direction.

I have replaced the trade management module in version 1.04 which was having sl modification error after breakeven. It is posted in post 1.

The breakeven and jump stop is working now.

Results for day 1 using v1.08.

Liteforex index and Bob's CSS indi both show Euro strong, GBP and USD weak.

So, buy EURGBP and EURUSD on dips.

As there has been no qualified coders interested in the project, all the provisional support_resistance ea's have been deleted.

Despite my best efforts, the ea is still not setting sl and tp correctly.

Another interesting experiment.

Recently, Bob has another strategy, using H4 stochs for OB/OS, then go to H1 charts to place pending orders on daily pivots, using H1 CSS for filter, waiting till CSS turns gold before pending order.

I have adapted Mr Long's 10.4 ea to trade this.

You will need Empty4 GUI FILES from MULTI 10.4 TRADER THREAD. You will also require CSS Mr Long which I have modified to trade H1 tf.

Select trade RSI and CSS = TRUE.

Because of CSS filter, you are unlikely to get many trades, but the filter is likely to reduce the DD.
