Hard to resist the temptation of counter-trade AUDCAD this morning with a long term approach...

This is AUDCAD on a weekly chart.

And this is CSS 4H. showing the cross.

(Right time to enter should be the cross in Daily CSS or the breach of 240. How knows, maybe both things will happen at the same time...)

I had that in the book as a proper counter trade. Both are angling towards each other. It also could show a rally in a DT. So keep an eye on it and good luck. An added feature now to 10.4, like we havent been making enough pips already.

Looking at this on the Daily I see a kind of BARF (probably not exact), but I am expecting price to rally then test the support before a final push upwards. We'll see. :D

Here's the AUDUSD Weekly, it shows price has bounced off this support level four times over the last two years, could we be expecting a reversal. Am keeping my eye on CSS. For me the 104/105 system is great because with the CSS indi it's about trading the direction indicated - whilst of course remembering the faithful 240 MA which to me serves as a foundation but doesn't always have the final say.

Unless Chinese economy has slowed down enough not to push it back up. China is the hidden elephant in the room and if it doesnt keep buying AUD commodities then the currency has to come down because it is overpriced for everyone else. Historically aud/usd is between 70-90 That is a good range for AUD products to sell on the open market but the higher prices have been caused by the China economic boom which may finally be slowing down to a slower rate of economic increase.
