MQL4 script to export data from History Center to csv file

Is there a MQL4 script to export data from History Center to csv file? Is it possible to do this?

In the history center on the left pane, select the currency and timeframe, then click export button.

Alternatively, open a chart for a selected currency and timeframe, then click File->Save as...
