more good stuff.
Did you make a complete transition from fundamental to technical analysis?
Absolutely. I always laugh at people who say, “I’ve never met a rich technician.” I love that! It is such an arrogant, nonsensical response. I used fundamentals for nine years and got rich as a technician.

5 of those you mention are all the same trades, you are selling AUD so buying USD, then you are selling USD and buying JPY.nicoacademia wrote:what do you mean its not moving?MrLong wrote: It's tough right now, the forex market is not moving.
the asian pairs have hit blistering pace! having cleared the AUD gdp data and Abe's speech-non-speech.
audjpy/nzdjpy
audusd/nzdusd
usdjpy/gbpjpy/eurjpy just to name a few.
more western pairs like:
gbpusd are set up and would have already triggered the long.

Re: 10.4 A Complete System
MM is not hard, one can do that on the fly in the head, for USD denominated pairs and USD accounts
(ABS (EP price (without decimal) - SL price (without decimal))) * lot size = Risk in $.
ABS is absolute value which means you don't take into consideration the sign (+/-).
For non USD (or really pairs that isn't 10$/pip per standard lot) pairs you take into consideration the pipvalue. I have a spread sheet for all my open positions.
My long term trades I take into account the swap rate too, and see to it that I profit on the
carry trade, making sure for a long position I didn't enter at the top but preferably at the bottom and of course vice versa for a short trade.

Re: 10.4 A Complete System
Maybe someone can clear this up for me. On the CSS info page should ignore future be set to true for both time frames? True shows sharper angles than a false setting.

Well done Faramirsen, just keep a close eye on those, we're coming into NY session soon, AU is at a triple bottom, NU also has support, so IMHO there is potential for a reversal on both pairs.Faramirsen wrote:I missed a few entries today - but I am in
