... this was coded by traderdoc (german experienced coder) ... but I really never found a appropriate setfile for it ... working fine in trending markets but eating up all the gains and mor in range markets ... abandoned it ...

Ok so here is a short interim report.
I changed the startegy considerably.
Now I'm running basically the CF7/8 bots with many pairs. That means:
CF7orig TF: M5 and M15.
NewCF7SR TF: M5 and M15.
CF8NR TF M5, H1 and D1.
Only one of the older XMeters is left: XMeter Leglac EP.
After getting some nice BT's fok made running the following of Joses "Flavors": Mastermind (H1/EU), Moonriver (M15/H1, EU) and LionKing (H1/M30/M15/GBPUSD+GBPJPY).
And - Pygmalion on M5 (EU) is still on his way.
The Tiffany is running on the untypical daily TF (EU).
And I started an attempt with the D1-20ema&50ema EA.

So I made beginning from the next week again some changes.
Dont use so far anymore the older CF7orig - although I believe that's perhaps possible to have success with this bot using the appropriate settings. The reason for abandoning this EA is simply: I have to concentrate on only a very few bots confident with them I are.
So now demos are running only with the NewCF7SR on TF M15 (many pairs for test purposes).
And I use the CF8NR (only TF D1, EURUSD, risk 2) on a demo and a live acc. The only one demo with CF8NR on TF M5 is a "copy" of veskos test.(He is running this test very successful already 3 months AND with only 500 $ starting - amazing !)
Started a new demo with the new Pygmalion v2 Jose posted recently.
And the new XMeter Evoptimus 6 he posted is started on a demo too.
Yes, ok - a few older demos are left and they are untouched so far: Tiffany (D1), LionKing, Mastermind and Moonriver.
AND: I had to clean up the portfolios from all the attempts I made during the last 7 or 8 months or so ... !

So here are some words about the prolongation of my EA testing ...

Included is now Max's DBM (since monday jul 15) - the only thing I'm not finally sure about are possible needed manual interventions - BUT: on the other side most testers of this bot seemingly run it successful OOTB without any interventions . So lets see if I can join the group of lucky DBMx traders ...
Testing the Pygmalion v3 (+ XM Evo 10) Jose posted some time ago.
Started the TCO EA using the EMA method (but changed the trade management: I use the options of JSL and TSL).
And: most important - switching step by step the settings for all the CF7/CF8 bots running already for some weeks. It wasn't the best idea to use the TF D1 - sooner or later big DD's are generated, and even if the acc's survive (so far they all are surviving ) these DD's arise again and again - much time is needed to recover them ! So I change all these acc's to TF M5 and furthermore I use settings like vesko is doing on TF M5 already for some months very succesful - look here:

These are really amazing results ! I wonder about why he has only 10 followers/trackers in his MFXB demo acc ? Might be 100 or more ...
Anyway ... trading like vesko means also to set only smallest lot size (0.01 lot) and set the max order to "auto". Remember: I tried risk 2% and limited max order to 5 only.
So lets see how all these pairs will do using the vesko setfile ...

Ok - some remarks about the "Flavors": The only ones left here in my portfolio at this moment are Tiffany, LionKing, Moonriver and Mastermind. The immediate reason to post about them is the big loss Moonriver got this night. But all in all they aren't favorit bots now - at least for me. I think nearly no betatesters are left using these EAs atm. So I decided to abandon them too. The bots like Lionking are doing even well - the gain is growing slowly (very slowly) but constantly with ups and down. This behaviour remembers the BT's with tick data fok did some time ago and posted in the main thread about the flavors:

So perhaps it would be even possible to use this bot for live trading ? Dont know it of course - AND no recommandation here from my side to do so !
Tiffany on TF D1 is making some gains but even slower then LionKing - but nothing to say: its growing up, and that's a good result ! Very very slow grow - remembering again fok's BTs ! You would be much patient to use this bot in live trading !
Hmm the loss Moonriver got ... speaks for itself - couldn't use this one. Despite good BT results it failed.
Mastermind ? Who knows ... so far its running good - the BT fok did was good !

Had some computer issues during the last 2-3 days. Hardware probs. Lost the connection to the net often enough.

But now my comp is doing well again - at least I hope so !
