Multi 10:4 Trader EA

hello All, ( i am sorry some error in english, I am brazilian )
I could not to put the dashboard to work, I have installed the file Multi-10.4 Final V1.30.exe , after I attach the EA to a chart and change "use for dashonly " to true , but the dashboard don't start , I am doing something wrong? congratulation for Mr Long , Andy and Bob for all hard work.

If you haven't downloaded the dll file, you will need to get it from the link on page 1 and install it in experts\libraries folder.

What kind of an exit is build in using the CSS?

I'm getting stopped out with the warning: "Buy trades closed, CSS strength changed."

How does this exit work and what are the parameters used?

So far I have found the CSS to be lagging to much to use it as a good exit. I therefore would prefer not to use it at this time. Is there a way to turn it of in the EA?

Overall I'm very happy with the concept that you have developed, incredible work!

You need to set the Bailonchange switch to false, the EA is closing the trade if the CSS strength changes, so for example if you went long on GBPUSD and the strength of USD became stronger than GBP, the EA would close that trade.

Hello!

I usually don't have any problems installing stuff, but this time I am stumped.

When I run the EA nothing appears on the viewport (no info). Looking at the "Experts" message tab there is an error stating
"cannot call function 'guiRemoveAll" from dll 'mt4gui.dll' (error 127)".

I installed the EA manually, then, as it didn't work, I reinstalled using the "exe" installer. Then, as it didn't work, I deleted the "ex4" files and re-compiled the EA, making sure it was compiled using my Empty4 version (as it could have some incompatibility if compiled with another version)... and still have the same error.

Did anyone get the same? If so, how did you solve it? Thank you.

About my DLL problem... Of course after I sent the message, I went away from the computer, had a bright bulb over my head, came back and solve the problem!

E searched for mt4gui.dll on other Empty4 instalations, found one that was way bigger that what was used by the EA, copied it over. Then, when running the EA, there came up a splash screen complaining I was using an old mt4gui.dll and autoupdated it. It doesn't seem to do it very well (it updates but stays the same version) but now the EA doesn't give that error and I have the expected display feedback.

A minor nuisance: on the bottom of the viewport there's a white bar with the current time and it keeps flashing. Is that normal? Besides the annoying flashing it just has a pratically useless time display. Can we get rid of it? Or should this white bar have some other information?

I remember reading somewhere to name that template, default.tpl. I tried that but when clicking on chart tab that default template opens momentarily then it changes to the template that is at the top in my template folder. So if I list my chosen template so it is at the top then it should work, but how do I get it so it is the top one?

Me again, forgot to ask, is there a concise writeup somewhere that explains how to use this fine creation of MrLongs, what the various columns mean? I understand the RSI and DIR columns but the other ones I am unsure about?

Put a # at the front of the template name. As for write ups have you looked at page 1 of this thread? The columns are fairly well titled and self explanatory.
