DOW JONES SHORT YESTERDAY EVENING BY 10.4 RULES, + 37 POINTS.

I HAVE GOOD SUCCESS RATES WHEN THREE OR MORE INDICATORS ARE BUNCHED TOGETHER AT THE TOP/BOTTOM.

GBPNZD AND EURNZD LONGS BY 10.4/SR RULES.

SHORTING AUDCHF HAS GIVEN ME QUITE A LOT OF PIPS IN THE RECENT PAST, BUT NOT TODAY EVEN THOUGH THERRE IS A 10.4 SETUP.

The LITEFOREX INDEX SHOWS AUD STRENGTHENING, AND CHF WEAKENING.

THE LINEAR REGRESSION CHANNEL IS UP.

GOLD APPEARS TO BE RANGING BETWEEN THE SUPPORT (GREEN) AND RESISTANCE (CRIMSON) ZONES.
THE TREND IS STILL DOWN.

IF IT RETRACES TO THE RESISTANCE ZONE, I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A 10.4/SR SETUP FOR A SELL.

Bob's latest modification to his 10.4 system uses H4 an H1 stoch and rsi all lined up overbought for a sell and oversold for a buy, entry on cross of daily pivots.

I have modified Mr Long's 10.4 trader to trade in a similar manner. Will try it on demo this coming week.

You can set UseRSI to false to use only H4 and H1 stoch filter.

As usual, all the indicators from Multi 10.4 trader thread are required.

The sell off in world equities is by no means over. Expect more blood letting this coming week and next.

The Dow is presently 14,892. Expect another 400 points drop before the next key support.

Sold EURUSD and GBPUSD by 10.5 rules.

Not been trading today.

The CSS info shows USD strength today, so all the dollar counter currencies like GU, EU, AU and NU are all down.

The yen and cad are weak, so USDJPY and USDCAD are both up.

I have experimented with 10.5/SR for the last one week, and found it worked rather well. Same rules as 10.4 except using H1 time frame, stochastic (5,3,3) instead of RSI and using daily pivots for entry.

When 10.5 is combined with SR INDICATOR, the results are better than 10.5 alone, less draw downs and more winning trades.

Sold EURUSD and GBPUSD by 10.5 rules.

Hugh drawdowns yesterday with above trades. However, I kept the SL one weekly pivot above and they were not hit.

Price reversed and fell today, both trades closed with a small profit.

Price has reversed from the R ZONE three times before. The DOW is trading below 240ma, so sell only.

If price retraces to the R ZONE again, I will be putting a pending sell order by 10.5/SR rules.
