Well see.. 1500 in an account and trading 1 lot.. Is a disaster waiting to happen. Try trading 10c, which would be safer. This would mean a swap of 20c. Which would give 4$ a month (20 days x 20c), 48$ a year. Taking out swap and comm that would be say 45$

1.5% per year

And note that this is only if the swap doesn't change and you don't close the positions. Once either changes.. You are in trouble
