Try changing the font - not in front of my terminal so can't check!

Bob - welcome back to the states! It hit 108 here in Texas Saturday! I have a question on the GBPNZD trade. RSI is pinned at the top so far this week - Is the RSI pinned on the bottom last week good to use as the RSI trigger. Also it looks like price is right at the DP so are you using sweet spots for entries? You never cease to amaze!

As usual, you were right. Took a loss on this trade, however, I have my buy stop above the 151.9 level.

Just below the 240 and at the 61.8% fib level with the RSi buried in the sky. 1 Hr is also O/B . This could be the trade of the week...... Watch it go north...LOL

Of course according to the 10.4 setup it is looking like a nice sell soon.
This is a typical decision as a trader you must make. Myself I will wait until later as the liquidity is still too early for the new week. If I see that price movement starts to exhaust itself then I will re-evaluate the picture in front of me...

Re: 10.4 A Complete System
Here’s what seems to me a fair summary of the quite-enlightening swap discussion:
There’s swap and there’s swap rate. Whilst swap rate remains the same across the board irrespective of leverage, swap must vary; increasing, the larger the leverage used.
What is displayed in the Empty4 Terminal is the swap (as opposed to the swap rate). With very small lots, its value may be so small as not to even register at all. As the lots increase in size however, it quickly grows, and will grow faster for the trader with the larger leverage than it will for the trader with the smaller leverage even when both trade the same lot sizes.
If you do not wish to pay (or earn) swap on some open position, you have until 5pm EST that day to close it.
If any of this is inaccurate, I hope someone will kindly point it out.
Edit:
My understanding of this subject has changed! The swap you incur on any trade is simply the swap rate * lot size. This is irrespective of your leverage. So if two traders using two different leverages each open a trade of the same currency pair with the same lot size, and keep the trades for a few days, on closure of the trades on the same day, both will incur the SAME swap in spite of their different leverages.
It is further explained here

nanningbob wrote:This is where I will discuss my 10.4 system. I hope to post here my daily thoughts, answer questons. It has been a long journey but I suspect this should be my last major project. I have finally solved all the problems I know you will face in Forex Trading. This is about as complete of a system as I think you can get.
I cannot thank all the people who have had a major part in creating this system. I have a special thanks to Stever for his EAs and MPTM, Baluda and Frank Muir for their work on the indicators, CMeade who patiently taught me the value of the RSI 2 which ended up being a key piece in the system. There were dozens of people who wrote back with their suggestions on improving the paper. There are literally hundreds of others who over the years played their part in bringing this in all together. I have spent 4 days straight putting together over 40 pages of material. Then in May 2013 I spent 3 days preparing the update. I do not wish to do anymore for a while. I wish all of you good luck in your trading because I just compiled a lot of great ideas into a system. So here is my crowning achievement. This is putting it all together, everything I know but I have learned form all of you. It was given to me for free so I can only give it back for free.
I have put everything into two PDF booklets. The original 10.4 posted Feb. 12 and now the update May 19. I wish you best.
Good luck and God bless your efforts,
Nanningbob,

10.4B is the original PDF document and should be read first. 10.4 CSS info page PDF booklet assumes you read the original document. 10.4/10.5 update is the most recent update and contains important information and the most updated indicators, scripts, profiles, EAs etc. This replaces all the test versions found from page 1 to page 458 and the original 10.4 FINAL indies, scripts, profiles, EAs, etc. Some people like the older versions so i keep it posted but I will use the most recent update 5.19.13 for all my trading. Good luck and may many pips fly into your account.
Discussion of the update will start on page 458. Trades will be posted in my trading thread.
Page 464 another explanation of the 10.4 info page from live trading.
page 554 I discuss Macro economic trading.
Believe it or not, the scaling Scripts have their own thread

PDF explaining how to load the system added 6-1-13
Hi,
I'm quite new here and learning 10.4 system. I downloaded system as instructed in "Go to my computer and open it" pdf. Journal tab is showing that its loaded successfully. However charts are not getting loaded with candlesticks, and indicators for a long time. I'm getting a message "Waiting for update". Attached screenshot for your reference.
Can anyone please help/guide me in this matter?
Thanks

More evidence - USDJPY, Bully Pepperstone:-garyfritz wrote:There is obviously an error there. In addition to the side-by-side that Ingot posted, consider how RSI2 is calculated. It calculates an EMA of the RSI value. That means it CANNOT go instantly from 100 to 0. It has to approach it gradually, with the standard curved-to-pinned shape we're used to seeing.
If it goes from 100 instantly to 0, there's a bug in the calculation.

Nice and cool here in Orlando. Upper 80's with rain every day.rosst wrote:Bob - welcome back to the states! It hit 108 here in Texas Saturday! I have a question on the GBPNZD trade. I played the cross of the DP on the 1H chart and then set trades at DP DMP DS1 and it took all four trades. This was not a 10.4 trade but more of CJ trade playing movement back to the 240 MA. Basically gbp/nzd has been ranging all month and I took the ride back to the bottom of the range. I had set up a buy above the WP on the 4H chart and did 4 sell trades below the DP on the 1H chart. 4H chart looks like this, notice the range lines and trendlines I drew on the chart.
