FFT _Of_Indi Color with High-Low Trend indi

i'm sorry can't trade this week as i want...got the flu last weekend...
hope it would not last too long...

because i had another system setup on my actual demo brocker, i got a mess with this sys...so i opened a new demo acc. with Alpati - only for the FFT system...then i can post the result for the week...

and the not so "funny" thing is, that i get different indicator's signals on the two brocker's Empty4...AxiTrader and Alpari (uk) ...hm...

last week i was not able to trade...
now at least i don't have fever...


now i opened a new demo acc. for audsud and eurusd , because i used an old one for this sys and got a mess of course with my other test-setup...
on the pic you can see that last week the eurusd fft indi gave a short signal which was NOT good...
and the same two weeks ago on the audusd...

important: seems not to be healty to trade against the main trend, which the green/red "fat lady" (*= main signals *) of the Cycle indi gives even if the FFT gives a signal...so it is better to take only trades in the main direction, when the trend lasts...

also i found an Elliot waves indi, i want to check with the sys ( h**p://w**.expertadvisordownloads.com/elliot-waves-oscillator/)...it's from tsd...have only the .ex4-file for now...will try to find the mq4-file...
found also this explanation for the older versions of the indi :
" ...What has been done: no limit in waves (now it draws waves for the whole history), changed a logic a bit (it affects the way how extremes are found in some cases). Also, as a note: only the last leg of the wave can change if new high or new low is reached. Once it is "opened" it can not (and I repeat) it can not disappear (like in some zigzags or some peak finding indicators), it can only go higher or lower if the price moves in the right direction.

New version: ...It is the Elliot oscillator - waves with alerts (it will alert at a moment when the oscillator value first crosses either of ema values - that is the moment when a colored bar appears for the first time)."

so now i want to test on EURUSD : with the Cycle, Elliot waves and High-Low Trend indies
on the AUDUSD : with the Cycle, FFT of Indi and High-Low trend indies...

attached last week trades and pics...

trades: made 2 times a mistake: opened erroneously two trades: GBPAUD ( forgott that this brocker is only for EURUSD and AUDUSD trades - so i closed it again), EURUSD: have no idea why i opened a sell at this time - i didn't had any signals, so closed this one too...

the "check sign" on the cycle indi shows where i took the trades, because i got signals...
the red arrows on the chart show that the zigzag dot changes the place...

the last two trades EURUSD and AUDUSD :
the EURUSD i closed ,because i got signal, which later on disappeared...
the AUDUSD is still opened and in DD...missed the color change on the FFT indi...so i have to wait till the price comes back...


now i modified the roules for the sys:

take a look at the AUDUSD H1 and H4 TF's:

only 1 trade per FFT (H4) color!

BUY enty:
FFT (H4) is green, FFT (H1) is green, ( after ~3h ) wait till the zigzag dot changes to red and the cycle indi gets a green signal for long -> open LONG

SELL entry:
FFT (H4) is red, FFT (H1) is red, wait till zigzag dot chages to blue and the cycle indi gets a red signal for short -> open SHORT

close the trades: when the color of FFT (H4) changes

the Elliot waves indi: it changes position when the swing is not finished...seems to me, that when a signal line ( yellow ) appears on H1 AND on H4 the bigger swing is finishes...on the AUDUSD is this the case, so we can see this week if this is correct...

next week i want to trade only the AUDUSD H4 and H1 with the modified roules to see how this works...

what happened last night:

i attached some pics from last night and today...they are numbered 1-> 4

pic 1 : it was after midnight... suddenly there appeared one red line and close after that one blue line...only for a short time...after that they dissappeared...

pic 2: this morning situation on the same broker...

pic 3: another broker : got the same lines as above, but short after that it showed this lines and the lines didn't change later on...

pic 4 : that's my preferred broker ... shows stable changes of the fft colors...on smaller TFs the color can change the position as the indi recalculates, depending on the new incomming data ...on this broker the color changed 1 bar back but it was a past position, not the actual one... on H4 or higher TF it works better...

the first broker doesn't make much incomming traffic to the Empty4...it seems to me that the FFT indi depends on a "kind of traffic" from the broker to the Empty4 - not the traffic itself = how much data your Empty4 gets ...don't know how i can see better what is going on there... but this "flipping" of the indi results on that broker frightens me...there is something with that, i can't controll...

therefore i would not recommend to use this indi ( !!! ), unless you take the time to check if it works stable on your broker's Empty4...and even then you don't have any warranty that it will work well all the time...

PS: also take a look at the different signals of the Cycle Identifier indi between the first "criminal" and the other two (* didn't know i 'm not allowed to use other words for the "criminals" ...sweet!... *)

Thank you very much for offering this method. Recently I started trading using candles only but I'm looking for an indi to give me some kind of confirmation. I'm pretty impressed with the Cycle Identifier which has matched most of my positive trades and those points where it seems that trend is reversing.

Are u still in green pips ??

rmitsos, you aren't serious, are you?...

i postet a warning for the FFT indi - but also for the Cycle identifier...both are depending of the kind how the Empty4 gets the data from the server...

i would never use the Cycle indi alone on a clean chart, never!...
i use it now for very long time - but every time with other indies i can trust in that , what they show...like HMA nrp or such!...

sure, i use it, but i know, what i can trust and what not...when a mayor cycle is finished and established, so that the fat line ( red or green for down or up ) doesn't move anymore, the HMA changes color fot the trend, the zigzag dot changes also its color - then i can take a trade...if that is not the case, i don't trade at all...

an "fat" red or green line can give me a good trend direction, when the tren lasts - like AUDUSD was for more then a month in an uptrend...see the pic...someone could have let one trade running all the time or add additional lots to the long direction...
i attached also a non repaintig HMA indi from Mladen and a cycle indi with a history , where you can see how often the spikes ot the indi changed their position...

all the zigzag-indies, Cycle indies change their signals, if there is a new HH/LL or the cycle is not finished...that's the way the idnies work...
