Looking for trade EA with these features...

Hey all,

I'm looking for an EA with the following trade functionality.

Simple MA cross enty.
User defined s/l based on atr or other.
Ability to close 1/2 position at a t/p plus move remainder to BE.
Will only take additional trades on pair once BE is reached.

That's the basics. I would think something similar is out there, quite possibly already
written by Steve or others here. I just can't find it.

For those interested, the strategy this will be used on is a thread started by Supercat over at FF:

It's another leg building strategy spinning off from Graeme's Equity Millipede thread from FF which has been discussed at some length at FF as well as here.

Supercat has an EA he's using but it doesn't have the ability to not take additional entries until the previous is at BE. Plus he's using a separate management EA to close 1/2 the position and move the s/l. Rather cumbersome.

I've long been a fan of Graeme's methodology but have yet been able to tune a successful strategy to accomplish the task. Here's hoping.
