Hi folks -

We are into the third/fourth weeks of August trading. Someone once wrote that the first and last weeks of a month are different from the couple of weeks in the middle, as markets settle into their direction.

Can't say I agree or disagree, because I have not been able to pick up anything specific in trends and so on.

Still working on getting this together - so far I keep going back to square one ... long journey this one.

As i put in chart there is Trapping vplume and after that RRT thats why i dont enter short here becuase i think that the price will go up.

Any of the formations that we use need to be near a significant level for trading decisions to be made as a result.

So your RRT needed to be higher in this case near those recent highs to be significant.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Just now i open short GBPCAD becuase RRT on 1 hour and M on 15minute

GBPCAD is well known as the best pair for ranging systems. Daily chart showing 16 months of activity. No need to explain anything.

Haha I didn't have the balls to run it too. TP off one trade, the other on BE in demo. My live has it much better, entry right at the pins, that's also at BE+ and letting it run.

For a start just aiming the 3 day cycle, not so ambitious to let it run all the way thru to sep
