Saving Templates to Disc

When I save a template it always appears in the drop down menu but doesn't always go to Templates in Experts or the other Templates in Empty4 root folder. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong and how to save to disc?

Right click your mouse on the chart, click templates, save template, then save it to where ever you would like to.

I tried right click, Save Template - asks for name, and save as type, but not where to save?

It should be saving them in C/: Program Files/ "Brokers Name"/ templates.

If you do not see them there, click on the Comparability Files button in the templates folder.

If they are there, copy them to where they should be. Copy the templates folder to your disk.

Happy you found them In this case it's windows making life difficult, not Empty4! That is to say the same thing can happen using other software.
