Some time ago Nanningbob supplied us with a Currency Pair Volatility list in both a PD format and in an excel spread sheet.
I can no longer locate either. Can anyone oblige by uploading a copy of both or either?
Thanks in anticipation
That list would be out dated but this website can give you an up to date of volatility. Just put in the number of weeks and it will list them in order. You can check different columns to see the different reports.

http://www.forexticket.co.uk/en/tools/02-01-volatility

The top three of the main pairs are ........... and no surprise here. gbp/nzd eur/nzd and gbp/jpy.

The most volatile of all listed were GOLD, USD/MEX and USD/NOK ......... Must be some wild trading the Americans are having with the Norwegians.

USD/HKD and USD/CNY rmb were the least volatile. Maybe because they peg to the dollar eur/chf is the least volatile of the major pairs so I dont bother with trading it.

quiet day yesterday. See what happens today. Had some 20 pip pops but waited on the others and they went back to 0. NZD sells look good across the board. 10.4 info page shows cad and gbp maybe reversing but those signs maybe caused by the Monday bank holiday. JPY weakness also seems to be building again. Looks like the interest rate change for the AUD news may have run its course. So ASIAN currency weakness seems to be coming. That could mean USD EUR and CHF strengthen. We will see.

So we will see what develops over the day.

I have a buy stop above the daily pivot. I may move it if the DP moves at the start of the day. With me expecting both aud and jpy weakness coming up and it sitting right at the 240 line. It is an anybody guess which way it will go. But I will try a break up, playing the STO line. Better trade setups are in the NZD pairs.

Buy stop? It's totally a 10.4 short. I am currently short for 30 pips. Plus on your new framework it is below the RN and headed south.

Yes I agree - it was confusing looking at the CSS - but I am up almost 40 pips short and SL is at BE...Holding for the 00 TP

It is at the 240 line and can go either way. Playing it short is also a viable trade. However, I am expecting JPY weakness to be stronger than AUD weakness that is all. It I am wrong I am not in.

Plus there is no evidence of JPY weakness. At least not right now.
