How long did it take you to open the account? Did you have to send account-opening documents by post to Germany?

Account opening was almost instant, approximately half a day to get the email then its opened.

The free 100 euro took about 1 business day to go in

Since this is a "limited" account, nothing needs to be done at this point until i've traded 8 full lots, after which i need to email as well as post the documents over to Germany in order to turn this into a proper account and i can withdraw the funds there as well as unlock all the currency pairs

Yes, that is some limitation alright. It will take some adjusting to.

In all honesty i'm expecting them to be a bucket shop, but lets see.

Takes some getting used to when there is no commission and the commission is inside the spread. Comes up to quite ridiculous spread sometimes
