But it is hard to change the style (resp. learning one new), get rid of indicators (moving averages,cci,etc.) and so on, then the TF-change to M15 (was in M5). But I think its worth to give it a try.

I've been trading without indicators a few months back when i started the 101 thread. Used to dump in a 240MA, but i've taken that out because its not indicative of anything

Got really bored of trading 1c, so decided to do a stackaroo. No hurry to close them as yet, first push done, L2 now, give it a while more

This is the one "bad" thing about this system. Once you see it, you don't actually need anything anymore and you are good to go all on your own, so you dont really need to come back anymore

I've gotten free 100 euro from varenbank (details at http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... =10&t=3123), so will be putting this up inside myfxbook for all to see. again it will be live up till i double the account, after which i will no longer publish the results (or maybe just show the stats without the orders)

Not sure I count as one whose seen the light, but I am happy to continue to post when I feel I have something that can be useful. If anyone's interested you can check out my thread (see link below), a lot of my posts end up there because I didn't want to cloud this thread too much, because I'm using volume which to me is still naked.

Seeing the light is a matter of persistence and patience, manage your expectations and emotions, lots of screen time (every day, same time if possible), lots of reading, experimenting, journal your discoveries. You need to build a framework of understanding the market cycle that becomes the skeleton, upon which price will play out. I would recommend sticking witht the M15/H1 combo as M5 I got lost with too much noise, and H4 is good for long term but can miss a lot of the details. Everything you need to see the fox is evident on M15/H1.

There are many paths to rome, which path you take, which tools you use and what you eventually use is all decided by you.

Your set of tools can be the same, or different from others, but it doesnt matter because that works for you and that is what is important.

Am feeling a bit lost, guess waiting for too much 'evidence' for the setup.

Switching between M15, H1 and H4 and can't decide where my playground is. H4 moves look great to catch, but when to enter.....?

Am only watching EURUSD and GBPUSD at the moment, to stay focussed while learning. Didn't see a proper setup yesterday, entered short today. Wait and see.

Been searching and reading a lot last weekend, found free lectures of Martin Cole [MarketMakerMethod] and watched video's 1-4 last night. Looks like he is telling the same as CJ, terminologie is the same. Curious what is in the next volumes, will find out tonight...
