It's just an indicator to see the stop hunt range easily (set between 25 and 50 pips). I've been struggling with it to add alerts but... I couldn't. Anyway you can use it without alerts, it makes its job.
Nevertheless I think this simple indicator can help us and make our job easier with the alerts so I need your help to add alerts when price reaches both the upper SH range or the lower.

I have tried to modify this indicator to add the alerts, but I do not know anything about programming indicators.
I think this is an interesting one. Is there anyone who can help ?
