Just made an IDE for MQL4

the "refreshcrapt4" is a program to update Empty4 so it'll have the updated ea/indi in the list for selection. it doesn't affect compiler.

the first thing you want to check is to see if you have that program in that path..

While it is partly an indication of the really sad state of affairs that is Metaeditor, this is by far the best editor for MQL4 that I have come across and I use it exclusively now. I just made a donation of $50 on the project home page since that is how good I think it is.
