market technics (markttechnik, 1-2-3) stoploss EA

Attached an EA to move the SL (stoploss).

The calculation of the SL (stoploss) is by following the rules of the "Markttechnik"-system ("market technics", in short words: it is similar to 1-2-3 system) by Michael Voigt (read them in the german book "Das große Buch der Markttechnik", pages 245-269).
The EA ignores the market behaviour at decreasing volatility/blurring (book page 263).

To compensate that, switch to higher timeframes (see related external parameter "iTF" or "eaTimeFrame" in the multipair version).

Attached also a multipair version (I modified the original EA). The multipair version does not require the include...-file.

I just changed the name of the include-file and added copyright-notices/instructions to the sourcefiles.

(I am not sure if the author (divebubble) is an active member of this forum, but he knows that I publish the EA at that place and will him send a PM with the link to this topic here also)
