EURCAD just took off !

So, I would have filtered out a winner May be need to re-think about this one

I actually placed a pending buy above DP in my live account for EURCAD and EURAUD, and it is working out quite well.

That is why I like an ea to trade off DP. Hope your ea caught this one.

To get more trades, turn off CSS and MaStack filters.

I would suggest disable Bail on opposite based on CSS as it tends to get stopped out prematurely. My favoured SL is to use ATR X 2, period =20, time frame =1440.

Failure by US congress to pass the budget has caused increased volatility in the forex market, and ea's which essentially trade off indi's are useless for such news events. This coupled with interest rate announcement from Oz early this morning has affected the workings of most ea's including the one we are demoing here.

So, have to take the above into account when reviewing the trades for the next twenty four hours or so.

An example, a AUDCHF short was taken by the ea just before midnight, and it was in a DT, below both 60 and 240 LWMA and also DP. After the interest rate announcement by the central bank, the Aussie spiked up, and AUDCHF is now trading above the DP, producing a DD. Aussie retail sales also better than expected, causing the Aussie to rise.

The US dollar index has fallen quite predictably with a NO VOTE in the US congress, so all the dollar crosses have risen since the early morning.

After the news driven debacle yesterday, 10.4 trader mod is fighting back.

There is nothing an ea can do if the news go against you.

After the news driven debacle yesterday, 10.4 trader mod is fighting back.

There is nothing an ea can do if the news go against you.

The Aussie and the Kiwi keep direction every few days, making trend ea's rather ineffective.

Also the US dollar pops up and down like a yo-yo.

I doubt any trend ea is making any head way this week. The dear old basa mod is was up 7% yesterday, but down 2% of account balance today, an drop of 9% in less than 24 hours.

It is back to hard grind manual trading, back to basics.

TODAY, GBP up and EURO and CHF down.

So, buy GBPCHF and sell EURGBP.

Also, US dollar index down. So, buy GBPUSD.

AUD also angling up, so sell EURAUD.
