Eur/nzd playing off of the 240 line. If it goes up I am not in if it goes down I have pendings at both xxx.00 lines. Sto gave a signal in a range area, will take a shot at it. I also have a pending buy above the line also

the 240 apart, would you not consider a long with this scenario (see attached chart)?

the 1.6400 area (highlighted by the magenta line) has been in play over the past several weeks. it was formerly a support; then, an important resistance area during the last 2 weeks. now, it is taken out and we see price retesting it as support again.

we have a rising channel on the H4 timeframe and price has done about 1/2 the journey from the channel bottom to channel top...

would appreciate your comments.

Nothing wrong with your analysis, I was just playing the bounce off of the 240. It went about 25 and then reversed and wasnt good for anything. Took it out at 0

true, the down move turned out to be a bear-trap for the not so nimble.

Either one but you wouldnt have gotten a STO signal until near the pivot line.

Comments on the markets. As the USA kindergarten class in Washington continues their fighting, expect the markets to get more volatile as they entrench themselves. USD will probably continue going down and then springboard when a deal is made.

Except for the USD pairs and Cad/JPY all currencies are in their range areas as defined by 10.6. Seems like everyone is waiting on Washington to decide. When Washington decides I expect there to be some fireworks. USD will go up and everyone else will break out into some direction. Until then range trading is where you will find most of your trades and using the 1H STO may give you better trades during this time.
