Anyone seen this indicator?

Hi guys, has anyone come across the indicator that has been used to color the candles blue and red as in the chart below?

I would also appreciate any indicators that can color bullish candles and bearish candles different from the basic Empty4 coloring.

I quickly coded the one and changed the other indicator.
