Changing code of one of Steves old EA's...

There was a variable that needed resetting. Fix in 1b in post 1.

To fix your individual version find:

and add the extra line in this block.

Hi there, Steve, thanks for the change in the code.

However, you could have told me that it is where it was

But I did find it, changed it, and compared it to the change made in the 1st post and it now matches.

So now we wait to see if it runs as planned.

would like to give a quick report of testing this EA.
The version which i use is the original strategy.
Tested it in forward direction on 5 min,15 min, 1h , 4h..absolute disaster.
The lower the time frame, the faster the losses pile up.
Reversed the trigger on Tuesday.
Still not too great for 5 and 15 min, but a little promine on 1h,4h, but too early to tell.
Using Hannes modification on 15 min is not working too.

Not entirely sure how I got sucked into this. Most likely I saw a 'view new posts' and had nothing better to do at the time.

Fact is, the original bot was a failure. Most likely the updated one will be as well. A rubbish strategy does not become a good one by doubling up the original requirement.

Do yourselves a favour and forget it guys. I am about to remove my sub from this thread and will take no further part.

Yip, pretty much blew my account as well
I even tried it with Renko bricks, and whilst the rot was slower, there was still rot....

Thanks for the help though, props to you guys. I have shelved this one ...

I am now subscribed to 10.4 / 10.5 etc and have separated myself from trading in the hope to brush up on NB's trading method.

Now if I could only get the charts to show up on the platform, I still do not know how or where to change the pair prefixes...
