Help With A PIP Count Indicator

Hi,

Can anyone pls help me code an indicator that measures
pip count from close of previous candle (reference)
to current price (bid) & boldly displays the count on
the chart.

You could also include a parameter whereby one
can include a pip limit which the indicator uses to
draw a horizontal line above & below the reference.
I need this to quickly gauge if my entry price is
within or outta the set pip range when my auto news clicker triggers
a click
