EURAUD M15 - Is that BARF?

Hi tomasbelada, the barf isnt that clear on your chart imo. Anyway, on hindsight, px did drop to the suppose lead in line in one push after moving sideway which not in the manner i would like to see.

I have attached the following chart which shows a clear barf formation. However, if you have read the FXAW barf notes posted in this earlier in this thread, one of a requirement is that tick volume should be lowest at the HH. Thus, if you follow that requirement strictly, this chart wouldnt qualify as a barf. However, I take the tick vol requirement as a good to have and if it is present, i will enter with a larger position. Otherwise, i will enter with my usual size.

I'd be interested to know whether this was a trade taken and if exited, what was seen to invalidate the trade, or whether it's a work in progress. I see a number of options in hindsight, but in the moment it's not always clear which side the accumulation is on.

Hi everybody here

First post in the forum and I'm just writing it to thank CJ for all his effort. I'm reading the whole thread (I'm now in page 150 after a couple of weeks) and I have to say this is being a complete mind change for me, I will never be able to see the charts again in the same way as I used to.

As I said, I'm still catching up and applying the concepts on a demo account to practice, I can't wait to finish, get confidence and start doing it in my real account.

Thanks CJ for the effort again, really appreciated.

PS: This is one of my very first trades after studying all the thread up to p.150. What do you think guys, it would be nice to have some inputs here in order to improve my skills.

Wellcome to the thread.

Nice setup. I shoud be a little more conservative with the entry. I should wait until the trendline be broken, then wait for a pullback, and put a pending 5 pips below the last low.

Nothing bad..I had just listened to CJ's "Fox Rapper" vid and was hoping that he sent it in a fit of drunken abandon ( possibly he might think "YEP...I can do Abandon)...If you want the Dog's Bollocks in terms of dissention among the troops go to FXAW...Thank goodness SH maintains a Conductor's Baton of control here.
BUT...in terms of values and sharing, THIS is the place...and no ingratiating garbage from me either.
