Of course I respect Phil's results and methods. I know him for a long time from this forum and maybe he is on the FXAW forum as well. Not sure.
We basically joined this place at the same time.

He is a very good coder and I try to be very good tester, since I know nothing about coding an EA. But I have a lot of PC powers with a number of notebooks running 24/7 and can do a lot of test setups.

Side stepping a bit here. Actually life is not that good in Sydney and in Australia anymore. This country became the most expensive country to live in the whole world.
Prices have skyrocketed here in the last 2-3 years compare to Europe.

Everything is 5-10 times more expensive than in Europe. I travel to Europe every 2 years since I came from there originally visiting relatives.

I discourage anyone thinking about migrating to Australia. The house I live in now worth over 1 million dollars. I bought this land and build the house on it for 1ooK back in 1980.
You basically cannot buy any property here anymore unless you are a millionaire. Imagine the young generation. They will rent for the rest of their lives, unless inherit some big money from the parents.

Groceries, clothing, dinning out and utilities are at least 5 times higher than in any European country.
This is why we need to make this EA a sure fire winner so all those poor souls living in Australia can manage somehow.

PLEASE, someone can tell me if i did the job CORRECTLY, with the set files for marilyn 0.40b?
I did without excel, manually... in my opinion everything is ok... but maybe i did some mistakes...

the spread looks somewhat low depending from broker, for XAU it is definitely to low, better use for XAU 5.0 and 3.0 for the rest ..

Thank you for sharing this EA Phil and all other members who help newbies like myself. I have managed to setup the EA on a demo account. What I would like to do now is to use Steve's MPTM to mange the trades as a basket. Is anyone doing this? If so, could you please kindly share your set file to help get me started.
I read that Niepce was basket trading using the 10-3 rule, but I do not fully understand MPTM yet to be able to input the settings. Hopefully, someone can help me, please!

Hi Phil,

Thank you for your reply. I did read through the posts, and saw the settings (Basket trailing at +10% equity, 70% trailing, Basket close at +20% equity). I am not sure what and where I input these, and if I have to change any other setting?

The best would be to post here again the MTPM bot used + the setfile used with this posted bot - I think there do some diff. MPTM versions exist ?

Besides niepce someone more did use the MPTM strategy here ?

I have attached the following MPTM set file with the above settings, just not sure if I have entered everything correctly? I am using the latest version of MPTM.

Hi,
Didn't post on this board from a really long time, my bad, but I wanted to let you know I am trading live your baby on EURUSD.
I've noticed from time to time its open 2 trades at once or at very short time interval. Usually I added a 30 points trailing from Empty4 or killed it manually on one of the trades.
I think I still have 0.36 version so I wonder if this was fixed or you are aware of this bug.
