Most likely you have set it up as it has to be. If you have a smiley next to the ea on the chart and you have left everything ootb, just
- check the lotsize: does your broker allow it?
- do you know whether you have an ECN-broker or not? if you do not know, set CriminallsECN to true.

Otherwise lets let's check: Empty4 is installed and works.
1. You close Empty4
2. you copy
the template "10.1 4h_daily_s_r.tpl" into the folder "Empty4"> templates and
"The Incomparable Bob.mq4" file into the folder "Empty4">experts.
3. You open Empty4
4. You load the template on your charts and see a white chart with red and black horizontal lines.
5. You load the ea "The Incomparable Bob" on your chart: a window pop ups:
"Common": configure "Long & Short"; activate "Enable alerts", "Allow life trading", "Allow DLL imports" and "Allow import of external experts" (all have a filled square button); leave the other buttons empty.
"Inputs": Change the lotsize to the minimum lotsize your broker offers, in case you do not know set CriminallsECN to true and leave everything else as it is. (If you have to change anything, safe the settings with some name)
6. Load your template and ea (with your saved settings) on every chart.
7. you go to "Tools" (File/View/Insert/Charts/Tools/Window/Help) and choose Options. There you select "Exper Advisors" and activate the four primary buttons (Enable ... Allow ... Allow... Allow...) and leave empty the 4 secondary buttons: (Disable... Disable ... Ask... Confirm...). You close the Optionswindow.
8. You check whether you see a smiley on the right of your chart next to " The Incomparable Bob "
This should work.

Already a first step! Have you set "CriminalsECN" "true" ? If not, DO IT. If yes, google "Empty4 error 130" and see whether you can do something with the answer. That is beyond my possibilities.

SL might be too close from current price.

Khalid, make sure that on every chart you put the bot on, the S&R indi draws correctly the lines (at least one resistance and one support). If that's not the case, edit the Indi and change the "DaysBack" setting at the bottom to a higher number. If I remeber correctly the bot uses those lines to act.

I wonder why quite often newly opened trade has so wide spreads. I use trending bob strategy and eg now there is new eurjpy trade added to existing one. the new one have sl at 106.733 (~150) pips below. I would rather expect SL to be placed somewhere under 108.111 D1 SR line.
