One thing, using this set file, it only takes buy trades only. How could I make it taking short trades. Otherwise the test is invalid.

The current set file will take short and long trades.

I have tried the script ForceLoadHistoricalData.mq4 but this does not improve my situation

I don't know about this EA specifically but the usual cause of this class of bug (other than the Empty4 history bug which Steve's shell code works around), is that the conditions for 'Open A Trade' and 'Close A Trade' are active simultaneously.

The EA code goes to LookForTradingOpportunities() finds, one, does it, and then the close is true.

This means that in the LookForTradingOpportunities() you have to make sure the condition to close isn't true when you want to open. That's the easy part.

This still isn't enough always, because the conditions can change within a single bar if you're on the edge. If that's the case, then you have to check when you close that the trade you're trying to close wasn't opened on the same bar (what timeframe depends on the timeframe used in the indicators/statistics to choose the trade in the first place).

You missed the sidu indicator. I fell into the same trap as you initially. Copy the indicator to your expert/indcator folder, problem solved.

My problem now is that using Fmfx set file, I could not make it to take sell trades but Fmfx could, I don't know why ?
