About position sizing. You refer to the 'few cent to 1000' $ I guess. Maybe it's just me, but what does that exactly mean?
If I have a 2000$ account with 1:100 leverage, my minimum lot size is 0.01 (1000 euro for example in EURUSD), then 'how many cents to 1000' I'm playing? (Well, I ask for the formula actually :)
