What broker are you using in your real account? and Why?

I have only used Alpari NZ. It's a good broker (for the time being).

IC Markets because it has pretty well the best post-commission spreads/trade environment for major pairs I've yet encountered, particularly for the EURUSD. It's also regulated and based in a stable first world country.

Excel Markets because it offers CAD accounts (though IC Markets now does as well to be fair) and free credit card deposits while offering a competitive trade environment. It's also regulated and based in a stable first world country.

That all said, I'm definitely looking forward to opening my Global Prime account now that ICM and GP both have a mutual broker fund transfer agreement in place.

You'll be happy to hear we just registered for CAD bank accounts which means we'll be offering CAD denominated Empty4 accounts in the next couple of weeks
