hi bob, just learning the new indie, would you enter a trade with the indie inside the box, for instance at the moment GBP is turning up on the 4hour and cad, nzd, jpy of course turning down, if gbp goes outside the box,it means strong run, cheers

I'm buying AUD/JPY, GBP/JPY, AUD/USD & GBP/USD for whatever it is worth...... JPY trades opened above 15 MA on H1 charts and USD trades pending above DP.

You could try resizing two charts in the same window...genaja » Tue Feb 18, 2014 2:52 am wrote:
Thats really a good new version! Thanks a lot.
But the old one had a function that i more like.
I set the same indi at the same window two times. One with D1 fix and one with timeframe = auto.
So I had the D1 and H4 lines at the same time at the same window. With the new edition of that indi that will no work longer.
load the indicator on each and change "extraTimeFrame"
in one of them to H1. Then you can see 4 time frames.

The CSS gives you the places to go look. The individual charts give you the info to where to enter. So you go to your 4H chart and take your best entrance based on the 10.4/10.6 rules of the first 3 pages. Or your gut feeling if you trust it. :youknow:art » Tue Feb 18, 2014 10:00 pm wrote:hi bob, just learning the new indie, would you enter a trade with the indie inside the box, for instance at the moment GBP is turning up on the 4hour and cad, nzd, jpy of course turning down, if gbp goes outside the box,it means strong run, cheers

Re: 10.6 EDSEL
Fundamentals are a funny thing. They often take patience before they actually come into play. Tapering in itself a piece at a time wont make the USD move stronger but as the pieces add up you will get the move. Several years ago there was the fundamental news that China was cutting back on imports because their docks were full. I took that news to start shorting the AUD. The problem was it takes time for the orders already in the pipe line to clear out. It took about 6 months and then the AUD began its decline. So even though I had the fundamental right, I didnt have the timing right.zimezoom » Fri Feb 14, 2014 8:22 pm wrote:What's wrong with the dollar? Funny to see being the weakest currency, despite of QE tapering and relatively good USA economics. Is this sentiment?

Lagging????? ...... H4/D1 CSS is highly accurate predicting the future when you learn how to read it properly, which is not easy.... but who told you that making money in Forex is easy?nanningbob » Mon Feb 17, 2014 6:37 pm wrote:Egads guy, I dont mean to jump on you but you need to go back and read the CSS info page information posted in the 10.4 thread and understand how to read that thing. It is the most predictive indicator I have ever seen. Sunday before the market opened I showed how the JPY was decreasing in strength and recommended selling JPY across the board. Only the USD is weaker right now. What were the results of that indicators prediction. I traded all the JPY crosses yesterday using the 15 MA and DP lines for entrances along with some xxx.00 and xxx.50 lines and these were my results.rocketman99 » Mon Feb 17, 2014 2:03 pm wrote:
You might want to look at the CCfp indicator from this article as an alternative to CSS. I find CSS lags quite a bit http://articles.mql4.com/422
eur/jpy +72
nzd/jpy +38
usd/jpy +52
gbp/jpy +70
cad/jpy +43
aud/jpy 0
chf/jpy +66

Tell me again why I would switch from a so called lagging indicator that very accurately told me where to go look for trades and change it to one that is nothing more than another MA indi in a different format??
