Notification EA

The notification EA is a very usefull tool. I found it on FF. I get the trade information (per mail) from all VPS or local PCs on my Desktop.

Could a coder please modify the EA ?

Right now I get a message e.g.

Header: "Order changes Notification"
Expert Advisor to: account no
Content: "new buy order GBPUSD x.xx lot @1.6622".

I would like to get an additional info (like Empty4 email Sender "from") to identify from which terminal i got the info.

I did a fast modify not tested, it should now to output too the terminal name..
for using with the new 6xx builds..
