Modify an RSI indicator

Hello,

Could someone please help me to modify below RSI indicator?

What I try to achieve, is to get an alert when the RSI crosses up or down the 50 level on the closed bar (not at the tick level), i.e. i get the alert on the opening of the new bar.

example:
- The opening of the current bar has the RSI below the 50 line
- The close of the current bar is above the 50 line
- Get an alert and an arrow on the opening of the new bar (singing "hey man, previous bar has crossed the 50 level, jump in ..")
