Hi guys,

I have just found this strategy and i will learn the basics during the weekend, but i wonder if days like today with NFP news coming we should exit trades before news release or not.

That is a subjective question my friend. Some traders refuse to trade on Fridays due to various market conditions reasoning. Some traders set their pendings or trades for Sunday's expectations. The news happens all the time and some news has long term or short term affect. But that is just news and trading on a whole. If you trade the upper time frames then non-fundamental news shouldnt bother you too much if your Money Management is correct with your call. There is also the consideration of what pairs will be affected by what news. If your in pure asian pairs and NFP comes out then it should really bother you too much overall. But if your in USD driven pairs then I would look to either get out or lessen my risk factor in the trade. I dont think SL will help too much because of whipsaws that occur during the news announcement. But as Bob always says if you are in doubt live to fight another day. Small wins accumulate steadily and steady wins the race. This is just my two cents I am sure others have their opinions also.

hi guys need a bit of help here off topic sorry, but i cant get my indies to load on the chart, just downloaded iexposure from baludas site, im running version 610, all my other indies are in the indie file in the data folder, but they wont load on the charts, including iexposure

Go to MQL4. All the folders like experts and indies are there, this is where you should load your indies.

hi haggadah, tried that but wouldnt load from there, but i managed to load it from the old way,ie custom indicators and dragged it on to the chart from there, as i said running version 610,strange

You can place it in the indicators folder as before. Once it is in that folder double click on the file. Metaeditor opens by default. click on compile and click on save as. The editor saves it in the proper place.

For a moment there the CHF broke out and looked like it may run but they all ran back to the 60MA line so we are still trending. Its like watching a bunch of chicken in a chicken yard waiting for one to break from the pack and head for freedom. They sneak out and then run back to the crowd.

I like those false breakouts (fading the move). They can play chicken all they want. CSS gave me heads up on some EUR, AUD and GBP action for +124 pips since Sunday open. Hit and run mentality is fun. A constant recheck of previous break-point levels in a ranging market or over extended market works for me.

What version are you attempting to load? I just loaded iExposure Tickets v1_08 and it's working fine on my end.

Not sure of this story yet but if true you would expect the aud to dive some this next week. Hopefully will find more information about it later.
