After I added Terminal.exe, and metaeditor.exe to my Kaspersky exception and Empty4 updated. As I have 6 different broker demos on my PC and I am lazy, I disabled my virus checker for duration of updating all, that also worked

Using ESET 5 here. My Empty4 updated just fine.
