3. 2 reads ............ that is it. I enter eur/cad has moved +250 pips so far on the sell (I dont have chf/cad) +gbp/cad has moved 150+ pips so far. ( I dont trade eur/gbp) gbp/chf buy +100 pips so far.

The CSS told me two days ago this was coming. I mentioned it yesterday, what did you all do????? Thats 500 pips sitting on the table. With some multi level trades I have totaled 621 pips on those 3 pairs this week and most of that has been the last 2 days. I dont know how simpler I can make it. I even told you in advance it was coming.
Excellent Bob !!

I´m up over 1000 pips this week on the strength mostly of EurUsd, EurGbp, EurAud, GbpCad, ChfJpy, EurJpy and EurCad, but I am in the hole for over 300 (Still Open) AudUsd, NzdUsd, GbpUsd and NzdJpy. I hope these work for me next week.
I guessed there's a need to look at the relationship between equity/balance, margin, dd, profit and trades to be profitable in forex. There were times that I went even to the limits in using my available margin when dd is close to zero or profit is positive and closely watching turning points to bank profit making my equity smooth. Setting aside fundamentals, what went up will go down and not in hurry to close my losing trades as I am not a fan of SL. I found out that sacrificing two profitable trades against a dd is a sound equity/money management.

I agree with you. The key, as Bob supports, is to cast a wide net with small positions and a BIG Stop Loss. Having many trades open is also helpful in that you don´t obsess over any of them. As the winners are closed, you can afford to give nurturing care to the temporary losers. Either work with recovery or exit them on a rebound to support/resistance at a loss. I also find important to never use more than a third of margin available for two reasons: It gives you the latitude to let the losers recover and it gives you spare bullets in case a spectacular trade shows up on a news spike. This system works for me and I learned most of it from Bob over the years.

You know Al I really didnt get consistantly profitable until I got this MM thing down. I learned I could win 4 - 25 pip trades faster then 1 for a 100 pips. Then if I had 10 I had a 250 pip day which is almost impossible on 1 trade. I have done it but I could count that many on two hands over 8 years. Yet 250 pip days are common almost every week of my trading life.

My highlight days are when I break a 1000 pips which with 10.4/10.6 trades I have done many times in the last year. Almost 1500 pips this week, and about 1/2 was using the TMA range trades I started the week with. Gonna play with that some more but 10.4/10.6 trades when the market is trending and TMA or Zenturo Gann, will have to decide later, for range trades completes the system. I now can trade with complete confidence over the course of a currency move up or down. 11 of my 13 weeks trading this year have been profitable. Had to take out some losers on those CAD moves earlier in the year. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to teach TMA trading. I am sure these guys have learned a lot. Settle into a system, use good MM and you will be profitable. Again if you are getting a signal and you are afraid to trade then lower your lot size to the point you are not afraid to trade. Anyway a good week to end the month. Nicely recovered from week 2 of March being a loser and will end the month with another profitable month. Anyway gonna play some more with this range thing and making it solid then hopefully write my last booklet. :)

Well thank you JPY for weakening sooner than expected, I caught those moves as they crossed the 240/60 lines. That put me over the 1500 pip mark for the week. Will let some of them run and close out later before closing. Going to bed now. Will do a CSS update later of my predictions and results along with next week.

Yes Bob. Much easier to get four singles than a home run. Less strikeouts...
Question: When you trade your system, do you watch H4 charts or H1? I have been watching the H1s but I think I like your system better with H4.
Have a nice weekend !!!

Hi Bold. I left on a weekend trip to the medieval city of Avila. I was traveling when my Jpys decided to stick it right up my ass. That's what I get for shorting when 10.6 says Buy Only. I guess i will always be a rebel... Thanks for your help with CSS. Even I understand it now...

Bob, a big, big thank you to you for not just what you have made happen here in this thread, but right from way back to the days of 5.0. I recall the period prior to that time when, for me, forex was like a walk in the wilderness in the dead of the night! Things took an immediate turn for the better when I found your thread at FF.

It's been a long time since then, and so much has come by way of added knowledge from several quarters, bless them all. But what has come together in this thread with the added resources of Boldtrader and the ever indomitable Alorente is absolutely unbelievable. If there is any trader who is just setting out in forex, they should count themselves inordinately fortunate to have been saved a lot of time and spared a load of pain and disappointment, because with what is offered here by way of 10.6, TMA True and the MTF TMA, they have ALL they need to find unqualified success. What makes it all the more invaluable is how the three systems complement and improve each other. This really is nothing short of a culmination.

Bob, by the time you're through writing your last booklet, sheeeesh (like I love to hear you say!!!), it would be some dossier! Have a great weekend, and thanks again to you and all those here who have contributed the stuff that makes this place a great and most valuable one to hang out in.

The evolution of this thread has been completely incredible right from the start and especially in the last 2 weeks. A massive thanks to Bob, Boldtrader & Alorente especially for all the contributions. :yahoo: and I echo the comments of Pedigree above to any new traders that have been fortunate to find this thread will indeed save a truck load of pain and hardship!

Due to my commitments in developing BASA for the 2nd half of last year it wasn't until November that I finally had time to try my hand at Bob's 10.6. Trading demo I have just doubled my account in 5 months....starting at $5000 it is now $10006 and whilst it's only demo it has definitely been a fantastic learning journey and shows what is possible :yahoo:
10.6_Edsel_Demo_Account_doubled_1.11.13_-_28.3.2014.png
At the beginning of December I started to cherry pick 10.6 trades off my demo and take them on my live account as well...since then I have consistently made in excess of 10% per month on my live account trading 10.6

I am a 4H chart man. That is because of my work schedule I can only check my charts about every 4H. I have developed 10.6 V.3 however with a range and scalping component for lower end charts. You are not going to believe what I did with the MTF STO and combined it with STO 7 and any envelope system you want to use. I need to get all the indis updated to Empty4 6xxx first before posting a test version.

Can anyone adjust this indi so you can change the colors of the lines and type of lines drawn in the indi. For example I always get 0, 10, 30, 70, 90 in white. I know I can change them and put them in the template when I drag it on the screen but I want the ability in the program. Here is a pic of the problem and the indi.
