aud/nzd buy warning just came in. this one is trading inside the triangle of the TL maker. TP goal is the top of the TL. Then look for a 2nd trade if it breaks above the top TL. This is 4H chart. Put SL below the line and you are ready togo.

eur/aud alert set pending buy above both TL and that is the spot it crosses the 60 MA on the 4H chart.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for this very interesting system.. I'm super excited to see how it goes...

Got couple of questions (applicable to 10.9 as well).. Hope u don't mind.. Just that I'm new to all this and would like to clarify all the doubts I have... So here goes...

1. You've mentioned that D1 / W1 stochs (red and yellow lines) will jump up & down until the respective trend is established. How does one know whether the trend is established or not at any given point ?

2. Where does the CSS come in to play in all this ? (Is it what we check as the very first thing to establish direction?)

Regards,

D

They stop moving up and down and the STO7 goes into the same direction. This sets the lines on top or bottom. The W2.1 and D2.1 will normally go first and then the STO7.

Here is an example.
1. CSS daily chart shows JPY angling down and the eur and chf starting to angle up. So I looked at chf/jpy
2. RED on top
3. Yellow on Top
4. STO7 crosses the 30 and sends a signal.
5. I place my trade just above the 240MA line.
6. My 2nd entrance will be above the 60 MA line
If chf and eur gain strength this weak and JPY continues to weaken I have a great series of trades coming up this week on the chf/jpy and eur/jpy.

This is using the logic of 10.6 with CSS with 10.7. Yet my chart is not full of lines and I can see price action clearly.

Eur has crossed jpy on daily CSS
10.7 warning cross up from 10
place my entrance just above previous highs
I know if jpy angles down and eur angles up I am in a good trade for the week.
If not take my loss and move on. Or wait for a 2nd entrance if I think euro may rebound some from its DT move last week.

Keep an eye on a possible breakdown of Nasdaq, followed by S&P when NY opens today. Both the D and W in 10.7 are floored. I "feel" a possible big fall coming...

How have you taken a short when the Daily and Weekly are "high"? I think it will work out ok but it isn't following any 10.7 rules unless I missed something?
