10.7

I should say AUDNZD is more suitable at this moment for 10.9, bullish on a monthly bias, (Watch the monthly stoch added by Tomasso in the update of the indi) than for 10.7 (ranging, unclear)

This is the monthly chart from 1995 until now. A morning star is borning on a very strong support level. For a long term trader this would be a perfect time to start entering small long positions and, if it goes well, increase the size and holding them for months or years.
Gracias Zentauro,

It's a really interesting perspective that of the monthly chart you posted, maybe I can put to use the 10.9 for long positions and start stacking. This over thinking of the 10.7 might've been due to the need of finding valid trades, something that happens to me often with 10.6 is that whenever I look at the charts te entry point is long gone. Soo guess I'm just trying the get there anyway. Thanks again zentauro

Hi Al,

I hope you are recovering well. Could you advise your thoughts on NZDUSD? It looks really good to me to short at this level. The price, 4H, Daily,Weekly are all lined up. But based on Bob's 10.6, it's still a up trend, and based on his 10.9, the W2 is at the top (it was at the bottom yesterday). What do you think? I will appreciate if you could share your thoughts.

Thanks,
Shawn
I wouldn´t touch it until 10.7 says otherwise. The Kiwi is known to travel north forever and torture the shorts. That positive swap makes for exagerated up moves.

Isn't the yellow line thingy on top instead of on the bottom where it should be?

:xm:
Steve,

The yellow line at the bottom was obscured by the red line.

I make it thicker so that I can see it better.

Bob, Nice NZDUSD trade using 10.7. Thank you.. first trade getting my feet wet with your new system.. Congrats. Not letting go of my old way of trading, but is definitely a great compliment to my style.. As you have said, this can be added to any system a trader wants to trade.. so here is an example.

+39 pips and holding, mean reversion trade. Price moved +3 ATR for perfect reversal. At the time of the trade, Daily and Weekly were +100. It was later into the session, AFTER the move down, that Daily switches to 00.000

The trade was made based on Mean Reversion, price was over extended at +3 ATR with Blue pegged at +100.

At least for me, this is a perfect setup for at least a short term reversal. Price may only move 1 ATR down, then find support and rise. In this example, price traded through the upper levels support.

Also.. CSS greatly indicated NZD to fall and USD to rise (slightly).. at the time of the trade, so make sell position.

Two criteria to confirm trade setup.

Very nice indeed.

Cheers.

pss.. At the time of this writeup, NZDUSD has now moved to +48 pips and moving to my targets. If you have followed my writings in 10.6, about why prices move to certain levels, you will understand about my targets and why they are being hit.

I specifically want to point out AUDNZD, I'm not pointing out to the quality or validity of the signal but more to general doubts and considerations regarding direction early in the day and or week.
I've put some thoughts on this graph, I'm sorry if I'm missing something important that disregards this doubts, I've read it all several times and I'm trying to get a hold on it. Thanks for the great, great work and effort put on all of this!
Anthar, at the time of your post the RED was on the bottom, Yellow on top and STO7 on top. But now the RED is on top. From my early observations is that is the SINERGY of the three what it counts at this point in time of market indecision. Also, what I can see is that RIGHT NOW this is confirmed by the Dummy Lights and the Monthly chart that Zentauro pointed.

A good example of what I'm talking is what it's about to happen with the GBP/CHF in the next few hours. Right now the three lines are lining up in the bottom along with the Green dummy. And as Bob says, RED will go first, Yellow second or simultaneously and third will be STO7.... so if at this point in time you set a pending buy, it will be a little early.

Hope this helps and of course Bob's confirmation.
