I then increased 'MinMinutesBetweenTrades' to 1 and the trades were occurring every minute.

It is happening on most pairs

I have the MinMinutesSinceLastOpenTrade set to the default 5. Should this not stop the rapid open/close of trades within a few seconds

Yes it should normally do that, try to set the yellow and red line flip exits to false, this will for sure solve your problem..

Even though this has not been a problem on my platform, I was prepared to look into this until you posted this reply.

There us a bloody great user guide in post 1. Read it and sort it out for yourself.
