Risk on Risk off Indie?

Hi All.

I have been thinking about the CSS as designed by Paul, and used by Bob. And have been wondering if it is at all possible to have an indicator that shows risk on / off sentiment in the market?

eg. The Ukraine problem, money has been flowing into safe haven currencies, can we determine at all when that flow started, how the speed picks up, when it slows down and reverses etc?

Is it even possible to do this?

Just an idea that I am throwing out there...I do suspect though that the CSS already does this on some level, especially if you read the news in conjunction with the reads from the CSS.

Do I have that right?
