Looking for the big picture

Hi, I am looking for some kind of mtf Hi-Lo Indicator that simply draws lines and notes the delta-pips on the far right of the chart. I can imagine very refined versions, that give me lots of numbers, but a simple visual version to start with would help me most likely best. I draw one for illustration purposes.
Any suggestion would be very appreciated. I would also be interested in your way of looking at the big picture.

Mike, You have put this under Utilities Indicators and Scripts. Therefore, I gather you probably looking at an indicator to show the big picture? Khalid
