Trailing/jumping stop code

Can anyone point me to a standard routine that handles a jumping/trailing stop?

I have the "modify tp/sl" already sorted, so I suppose something that does the correct calculations to jump the stop a predetermined number of pips (and/or drag it from a distance) would be awesome.

MPTM has both functions Jumping Stop and Trailing Stop, you could take a look:
