Well ,could look like less worse than anticipated although seems strange that they did not tell about that sooner and waited until connection was lost. Also I did not receive this email .I fear (hope i am wrong) this is just to slow the protest movement and the legal complaints.....We should investigate at to see if the regulatory of belize really knows about what TCFX tells us .....If they arenot aware of that ,I let you imagine.....Well let us hope

I am not all that optimistic either. This could just be to buy more time. I think everyone with an account should still contact all the regulatory agencies mentioned to keep them under scrutiny until everyone gets their funds back

Dewey ,you found the words ;"buying more time "; hope it is not the case however I would be be happy to get news from the regulatory authority of belize to endorse what is told to us.....that s the clue of that drama...

i'm worried to. who do you suggest we contact in regards to this? the authorities in belize?

I would hit them all:

Belize--that is where they are located: http://www.ifsc.gov.bz/

I couldn't find them located under licensed service providers...unless i'm looking in the wrong place. http://www.ifsc.gov.bz/licensed-service-providers/

fx-sniper......you were looking in the right place.

They were listed in the March 7, 2014 update, but now they are not ......the current update was made today, so it (update) was probably made to take them off the list since they are closing up shop.

It has been off for longer actually. I saw elsewhere that it was not on their list earlier in May on the 13th. I am not sure how long it has been off though.

I also sent an e-mail to IFSC asking to confirm some of the statements The Collective made about the reasons for up to 90 days to get our funds

I am trying not to worry just yet, but I do have 5000 reasons to watch what develops. ($'s)
