Well, I don't know how Maciej does it, but it's not working for me. I ran it on (I think) the same conditions, using his setfile, and it's lost 400 pips in the last 5 days. Unless someone can figure out what I'm doing wrong, I have to declare this experiment a failure.

I have been trading this by closing the basket when it reaches profit instead of closing each trade when in profit. I am wondering if it would be possible to add an option to set the basket's target to breakeven if it has been open for a certain amount of time.

Sometimes I will have a basket open for days, I have been removing the EA and adding it back with a basket profit of $0.10 just so it will be able to start over with fresh trades. Hope I am making sense

I see there is still some interest in the EA, and so am prepared to continue development.

Like others, I've been testing this out for awhile now, and it has been a consistent loser. But that's just my experience and settings. Maybe there is a magical setting that will work, so far, I haven't found it.

Would very much appreciate if you would consider the following additions:
1. Modulize the xmeter strength calculation from http://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3 ... ?f=20&t=48 - this has always been part of the system by Brian. Example entry condition: EURUSD has moved 15+ pips in last 60 minutes AND strength difference EUR - USD is minimum 4 (user input). Latest version attached below
2. Max number of open trades
3. Max number of trades per pair
4. Do not enter again / sleep x minutes after entering an order for a specific pair...

My demo has been quite successful, up 13% this month so far.

I do have a problem with it opening trades outside the designated hours, so can some tell me where I can read up on AbsoluteTime and RelativeMode.

Does anyone know if this EA will only trade once per pair? I am wondering if it will hedge should the pair eventually go in the other direction. I have only been using it on Cowboy IBFX account which doesnt allow hedging. I have looked through my journal log to see if there were any errors from it trying to open a trade against another one but I see nothing.

This might be a nice option to try if it isnt working like this in its current form. I would like to test performance on a demo with a broker i can trade both ways with

Thanks! Anything else we should know? If I understand the EA correctly, it shouldn't matter what pair or what TF you run it on. But it wouldn't hurt to know how you run it so we can duplicate your setup exactly.
