Select the pairs that is active during each session and see if there is enough volatility in that pair during that session.

No point trading UCAD during Asian since it hardly moves even in a good day.

Asia: AUD, NZD, JPY

London: EUR, GBP, CHF

US: USD, CAD

Just make sure the pair has enough range to move (it should be closer to daily open line).

Even though this is suppose to be automated, sometimes common sense cannot be automated :youknow:

Today London trade:

Loss: EY -5pips

Win: GY +10, EU +10, UCHF +10

Net gain: 25pips (15%)

Well, I'm using the latest version 1b from post 1 and no trades have been taken so far. Of course the expert is enabled and there are no errors or even attempts to send a trade in the log. Can anybody confirm that the latest version is not trading?

I tried using 1b , but It did not show any info on the screen , so I went back to using 1a..

Can you kindly post again the version of the EA and the settings that you're using.
I'm using v1b but no trades triggered during London Open.

I modified a bit the code, but that should not deter any trades to be taken.

This version I have increased the distance from the 00 level from 5.1 to 7.0 to increase the number of trades and give it a bit of momentum to build up before heading towards 00 level.

I have removed the in built spread filter since it has already been coded by Steve.

Success of this EA depends on selecting the right pair to trade. The EA should be up and running at 8am UK time and stop at 9.01am. 10am trades normally go into losses.

I am not trading US sessions because I get the limit within the first 2hrs of London.

The account details is shown in after the version number in the display which works perfectly.
